Use the Login help page to initiate your account registration process

All new members, clients and benefits advisers can initiate the account registration process using our helpbot. For help logging into your account, go to the Login help page. If you need help resetting a password, members can go to the HealthEquity or EZ Receipts login page and click the ‘Forgot password’ link.

Not sure where to log in?

Returning HealthEquity members, clients, and benefits advisors still use the same login page. You can find all non-EZ Receipts accounts in one place.

Returning users can expand the login menu to reveal familiar EZ Receipts options. Unlike HealthEquity, EZ Receipts accounts maintain separate login pages for employees, employers, and unique account types.

Where should I register my new account?

Check your welcome materials (mail or email) for registration details.

· Health Savings Account (HSA): Always HealthEquity

· Commuter benefits: Always EZ Receipt

· FSA, HRA, and all other accounts: May require EZ Receipts

I didn’t receive my welcome materials in the mail or email. What should I do?

Check your organizations benefits guide for details. If you're still stuck, please contact us.

I already have an account, how do I log in?

Use the login button on the right-hand side of the navigation menu to access your account.

Where did the WageWorks login go?

WageWorks was renamed EZ Receipts to align with your mobile experience. If you have always used the WageWorks login, simply select the login option EZ Receipts (formerly WageWorks).

How do I know if I already have HealthEquity or EZ Receipts access?

  • If you’ve previously registered your HSA through HealthEquity, you should already have online access.

  • For EZ Receipts, you may need to register separately, even if you have HealthEquity access.

  • Try logging in. If you can t access your account, you may need to complete registration.

Can I use the same login for HealthEquity and EZ Receipts?

No. Both experiences require separate registrations and logins due to differences in how they manage benefits.

Why are there separate online experiences?

We love to give organizations options to customize their benefits. Sometimes EZ Receipts is the better fit for what members need. Only FSA and HRA have the potential to be managed through either experience

Do I have to register for both EZ Receipts and HealthEquity online access?

Sometimes! It depends on your benefits enrollment. For example, if you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) and Commuter benefits, you must register for both. For your HSA, you would register for HealthEquity online access. To manage your Commuter benefits, you would register for EZ Receipts online access.

Where should I register if I have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)?

Depending on your plan setup, the following benefits may require EZ Receipts mobile and online access. Please check your welcome materials (sent by email or mail) or your employer benefits guide to confirm.

  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

  • Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA)

  • Limited Purpose FSA (LPFSA)

  • Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)

I forgot my password and still haven’t received an email to reset it. What can I do?

It can take up to 15 minutes for the email to generate. Consider checking your other email accounts as sometimes members have older email addresses on file. If you still need help, please contact us.

I have a Health Savings Account (HSA) with HealthEquity. Where do I log in?

Download the HealthEquity mobile app. Or use the login button in the navigation to access your HealthEquity online experience.

I’m not an Individual Member. Where can I log in to my Business account?

Your Business online access will depend on your plan setup. Please check your implementation resources or connect with your account manager.
