Thanks for reaching out to say hello! If live chat representatives are available, you will see a link to "Send a message" in the Messenger window. At this time, Live chat is only available to members when logged into their account online. After answering a few questions to help us get you to the right team, you will be connected with a live agent. If you don't see "Send a Message," then agents are not available at this time. You can try again later or use the keyword search in our knowledge base to find an article that can assist you with your problem. We have hundreds of articles covering our most frequently asked questions that provide support in resolving common issues.
